Majority of orders are shipped on the next business day, following your order. We complete all orders in the order in which they were received. To get an accurate picture of delivery times for your particular destination, see the FedEx map below for Standard Shipping. The delivery time shown below begins once the order is shipped. All shipping costs are flat rate for shipping within the U.S.A. Same flat rate to military APO/FPO addresses (see below). These rates are per order so you may purchase more than one item without increasing the shipping cost. Remember to fill in the shipping information accurately if shipping to a friend. Your shipment may be tracked online with a tracking link emailed to you when it is shipped.

ATTENTION PayPal users--if the shipping address is different than your billing address; PayPal automatically resets your ship-to address to your billing address. You must manually set the shipping address when you check out in your PayPal account. When checking out and you get to the Review Your Information page in PayPal, look for the shipping address and click the "change" link. Change this to the correct shipping address.

Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO, AA, AE, AP)

Standard Shipping rate applies. We are proud to be able to provide shipping to military personnel located throughout the world via USPS. Please be aware that there may be extra time needed for the US Postal Service to ship your gift and to get through customs. Only bears under 28 inches may be sent at this rate since a standard USPS Priority shipping container is used. In some cases we may need to contact you for further information.
When checking out and filling in the shipping information, enter either APO or FPO in the city and select the "state" from the drop down (AA, AE, AP).

Shipping to Canada

We are pleased to be able to provide shipping to Canada. Please be aware that there may be extra time needed to get through customs. Only bears under 28 inches may be sent at this rate since a standard shipping container is used. Call us for larger bears.

To see all shipping options you must select "Ship to Canada" in the initial shipping selections, then fill in your shipping information during checkout. Before finalizing your order, you will be given all shipping options shown in the table below.

Shipping to United Kingdom (Great Britain)

We are pleased to be able to provide shipping to UK. Please be aware that there may be extra time needed to get through customs. Rates to UK apply to bears under 28 inches so that a standard sized shipping container may be used. Please contact us for shipping rates for larger bears.

Returned Shipment
If the shipping address supplied is incorrect and/or the package is returned we will contact you. At this time you will have the option of canceling the order and receiving a refund (minus our costs for shipping and personalization) or reshipping the item. In the case of reshipping, there is a $10 reshipping fee for standard ground delivery or the actual shipping costs for expedited delivery (these may be higher than shown above).

Gift Baskets and Gift Packages:
All gift baskets/packages may ship separate from the rest of your order from our warehouse. This is necessary to ensure that the items arrive in the best possible condition for your gift recipient. Gift Baskets take more care in the shipping system and require more postage to travel safely within the carrier's hands. Every basket's surcharge varies; you will see the complete shipping cost at checkout for your order. No surprises or hidden charges.

Custom Orders:
Each bear is uniquely personalized just for you and your loved ones. If you do not see the outfit you are looking for or if you would like a special modification please be sure to contact us, we will try our best to meet your needs.

No Sales Tax:
With the exception of shipments to Illinois, sales tax is not charged. For any shipments to Illinois, 8.25% sales tax is charged and paid to the state of Illinois. Sales tax is charged only if the ship-to address is in Illinois. Sales tax is not charged for gifts purchased using an Illinois billing address but shipped outside of Illinois.

What is included:
Every shipment is considered a gift, therefore pricing and purchaser information is not included with the package (unless added by you on the gift card). The invoice is sent to the billing email address you provide in the checkout process. Your gift is wrapped in tissue paper along with your personalized gift card and packed in a sturdy shipping container.

Be sure to mention who the gift is from in your gift card as the purchaser's name, address and contact information is not otherwise included.

Returns:
Defects: We stand behind the quality of every Huggable product sold. Each and every personalized teddy is carefully hand checked before the shipping them to you. If you find a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a free replacement.

Personalization Mistake: We try very hard to follow your personalization directions correctly. If we made a mistake, we will replace the item that was personalized at no charge. If you received the item and noticed that you made a spelling mistake, please contact us and we will re-embroider or remake the graphic/photo on the item for a flat $10 fee, plus shipping. If you inform us of a spelling mistake before we personalize the item, we will make the change at no charge.
